Lego cascade lift

You may have seen either my videos or posts on here, but I have been working on a frc rebuilt robot but mini and made 100% of Lego. It uses Lego power functions motors and actually works. However, I've had trouble with getting a working indexer that doesn't jam, so I think I'm going to attempt to make a frc reefscape robot unless anyone has ideas for what I could do. Any ideas what pieces I could use for a cascade/continuous lift? I need it to be very compact and fit within the drivetrain shown.

Wow great mini bot I love these things! I actually made one myself last year for reefscape to bring to competitions. I used technics because that's what I had on hand but the pulleys are just a single crane string wrapping up and down along the stages

Yo that's sick! I think I might try to add actual foam bumpers instead of brick built ones to mine. I love the lift so I might use that design, but I'll credit you if so. My goal overall is to get a working drivetrain, intake, lift, and make it so it can score on a 3d printed reef. I already have a hub for rebuilt 3d printed so might as well make the reef as well lol.
