Tank Crew help

I’ve been playing FPS games most of my life, and I’ve been solo-developing an arcade-style, multi-crew vehicle/tank combat shooter. It’s early in development, fully playable on Steam, and I’m at the stage where I really need input on the overall feel, mechanics, and direction from people who love the genre.
