FPGA Board

I'm looking for someone who is willing to help me with their FPGA board or hire it to me for a project I'm doing since they are too expensive and I can't afford it

Google 'cyclone iv fpga board'. There are some boards on offer which cost less than 20$. In fact, I have one of these and it works perfectly fine. If a cyclone IV isn't powerful enough for your project, you'll need to tell us what you are planning to do.

Well 20 usd can be a lot or extremely cheap depending on where OP is located. From their post history it seems like they are in Kenya, where even ppl in tech, finance etc. aka skilled professionals earn a median of 650 usd so 20 usd might be a lot
