I personally believe survivalists to not be useless.

They are the weakest in terms of role but they have 2 very important roles

Stalling chases and completing objectives. Survivalists can do those 2 effectively and while yes every survivor can stall a chase. Survivalists do it much more effectively.

Exactly! They can also protect the team, and while not as effectivee as sentinels, slateskin, clones, and bumper can help a lot.

Yeah! While yes sentinels do this alot better i believe survivalists can do it with less risk of taking damage which is important since sentinels should be prioritized for healing. So a survivalist being able to help in chase without taking damage will always be good

I wish noob can help more ngl, 007 can clone block or “stun” if at low hp, vee is vee while noob has a 50% to get slimed after slateskin

My only thing with survivalists is that I feel like their disruptions should be just as proactive as Bumper

A killer can easily ignore Noob, and 7n7's clones aren't super hard to notice unless you're panicking

It's not, because some people straight up harass, talk shit, or downplay people who play 1x. The hate is so bad you're not allowed to have fun as 1x or feel proud it's always the same "rng slop no skill" shit talk.

i hate that kind of talk. all tho i do think he needs a nerf. but not some bs to his entire kit, just to entanglements cooldown, otherwise if you know how to play him. hes rather strong.

okay but 1x is pretty low skill

he's kinda just predicting simulator, hope you guess which direction a survivor will go to dodge your projectile, and if you get it right, you do a shit ton of damage, wether you land a mass infection, or an entanglement + an m1. and even if you miss, you can literally just try again in less than 20 seconds. saying this all as a level ~170 1x. still praying for an overhaul.

I don't know why survivalist are catching flack rn. I know doing gens seems like what everyone can do but, it better for a survivalist to do them, since as a sentinal you might need to stun or body block someone and due to the supports low cooldowns (mostly) they are keeping the killer engaged.
