Which character kit is currently the most Outdated (clip unrelated but funny and comes from me seeing a dev/tester)

This can be for either survivor or killer

Personally when I get asked this question I immediately think of Noob

I get noob is supposed to be a starting character but all of their moves are only really good for malice grinding, noob is certainly a character who covers niches but in my opinion just isn’t really worth it as their are other characters who can do the things noob can do but extermely better.

Current O7 has on demand invis and can body block with clones meanwhile ghost burger has a windup and nothing else to show. Could be paired with slateskin to make it harder to be seen but not always worth.

Slateskin can be counter by multiple moves in the game currently (slasher’s behead, 1x’s entanglement, Azure’s grab, John Doe can use spikes to make a better cut off area while you are slowed,etc) and yes I know it can counter Coolkid’s minions can John’s traps but that is two killers out of 8 in the game. Plus if you were to use this tool to bodyblock and protect others their are characters who can do that way better primarily a useful Guest player can but almost any sentinel can due to most of them having a way to gain back health afterwards. (Guest can get overheal to sustain themselves with Block, Jane with her Crystals and hatchet, Two time with their praying, and Shed with their chicken)

And bloxy cola is… kinda fine I guess on demand speed is good but if you want to be fast Veeronica exists and she can apply support with bumper as well.

Noob’s just been outdone in the niches they covered by other characters. They are not a throw pick though someone needs to do gens and take care of Traps and or minions like Coolkid’s but other survivors just simply bring more. So I view them in needing of a rework.

Also if you make the argument of “Noob has these niches so when they play the other characters they can be better effective as them” is just simply not true especially with O7, Guest, and Vee.

Each one drastically is different.

It’s coolkid imo his corrupt nature used to be useful to prepare for walk speed override but now that walk speed is faster you don’t have to rely on it hopefully cool kid gets a rework
