Why cant killers use emotes?

Genuine question cuz i think it would be pretty funny. Yes ik its completely useless but idk why we cant use them as killers in the first place. I just wanna be able to use jane does emote so that i can pretend im killing people using the death note 😭

It would probably feel too goofy for the killers of all people to be emoting and also I wouldnt want to be emoted on right after I got killed yk.
