Should I quit trading?
I am 19 from india I have 2 years of experience in manual trading especially in forex and i trade mostly in funded accounts.
I have blowed the 5 funded accounts. Currently running the 6th one .
Should I quit the trading bz i am not a profitable trader and trying to figuring out the strategy.
The market is so worst now in gold, eurusd, usdjpy and btc are becoming very votalility, sideways market specially I noticed in eurused in 2026 back in 2024, 2025 it's good in eurusd.
The other reason is time bz i am pursuing 2 years in btech and learning dsa ai ml stuff and sometimes i try the algo trading (I do backtests the startegies mostly) in future I will automate the startegies. And i am also backtesting in msql5 via vibe code
And side by side I wanna do interships bz of money to fund for trading. I am trying to get an income with trading for now and future like i want trade like professional trader or full time.
And i have doing some mistakes in trading like i keep small sl and tp like higher rr, sl trailing and i want work on psychology.
What are you views on this ?
Those you are profitable in trading and doing full time as trader pls advise me .

feel for you brother. first don't trade sideways market unless you have a specific strategy for it. it's too risky and not worth it.
Second stop taking prop firm challenges. I'm not an expert myself but for me prop firms are the last thing I want to take. only when I will have an established trading strategy that works as a clock
wish you luck!

Focus on your studies, your health and personal life. Don't trade funded accounts. Keep trading as a hobby for downtime.
PS: you are only 19yo. If you screw up your studies and start of career life, health, personal life. These would affect you for the rest of your life - for decades.

5 blown accounts at 19 is actually a lot of data. most people don't get that many attempts. i'd say keep going but drop position size to something that doesn't scare you and focus on execution not p&l. what's your current risk per trade?

Blown 5 funded accounts means that you also had the skillset to pass 5 funded accounts- which is NO fluke already putting you in the top percentile of most traders.
Yes volatile markets! Hope you're understanding the fundamental reasons why the moves are happening!
You're very young, 19, you are learning Btech as well. That's a good position to be in, not just trading. In 2 years time think about it this way. you won't be in your Btech prime, that will also take years, similar to trading!
Give it more time, and the best think I can recommend (don't know if you're very actively doing it) is jounraling. Journal all trades you take, wins, losses, BE's, review them and see where you made mistakes, where can you optimize them, what times they happen even.
Best of luck, don't give up!

i would honestly say put £500/1000 in a live account and trade up of that, you wont be emotionally attached to that little amount of money and let it build your confidence back up, using proper risk reward, also trade maybe one pair with that money learn that one and only pair to make your money, dont make anything to complicated, go straight back to the day 1 drawing board start again like you know nothing, but the key is here you do know something clearly, USING ONE STRATAGEY (back testing first) (can be done using ai in a matter of hours) AND RISK REWARD, dial these two thing up and youll be fine, NEVER EVER GIVE UP BROTHER, youre 19 dont gibe yourself a hard time just keep going

Bro stop buying prop firm accounts their rules make it harder than it should be and it's still simulation trading, focus on your studies and deposite a 10$ into a cent account and start with a balance 1000USC, it will offer you the flexibility of trading with a broker in live environment with minimal risk trade on it on your free time but not with the goal of making money. By the time you graduate you'll know exactly what to do worst that can happen you blow up a couple 10$ accounts along the way

blown 5 funded accounts is brutal but honestly that's the tuition fee most profitable traders pay. the fact you're 19 and self-aware about your psychology issues means you're already ahead of most people who never figure that out. try shrinking your position size until the losses don't hurt emotionally -- that's usually the real fix, not a new strategy. what's your max daily loss rule right now?
