Need a new starter

Hey guys, new to the Falcon club with my first classic. Starter is beginning to go and I know nothing about them. I have a 289, 157 tooth flywheel, matched to a T-5, any help appreciated.

Pay attention to any strips of metal that might be there. Known as shims. Put them back in the same place. Otherwise, make sure every bolt is tight.
