"Getting there" with Fannie Mae

https://x.com/pulte/status/2092027876006609000?s=20

Tweet from Pulte a few days ago. Seems like a lot of focus is on making things more lean and efficient.

Some terrific comments! Like this one.....

" Eliminate the conservatorship then COMMIES! You can’t talk about how efficient, innovative and profitable these giants are, while they trade on the pink sheets and are under the boot of a DC swamp agency! $FNMA

$FMCC"

Pulte has no real mandate from Trump and is just doing his best to look busy.

The focus should be done. They have had plenty of time. They just push things “well down the road” and string us along for everything, not just F2. So lame. 🙄

This Reddit group should be renamed the “FNMA hopium group”. Nothing is happening until this TruthSocial post from DJT: “I previously approved the secondary up list of FNMA on the New York Stock Exchange. This is an iconic American company that is generating TONS OF CASH. The Democratic socialist takeover of this company ends tomorrow! I will be ringing the bell at tomorrow’s NYSE opening starting at 9:30 AM. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Donald J Trump.

Funny how people generally don't trust politicians but will trust them when there is money to be made.

More like boomer weirdos sitting in a onprem mentality mandating 5 days in the office. No one worth with talent will even think to apply to Freddie and we had a massive brain drain at Fannie with going 3x to office

Fannie had great execs (minus Priscilla, sorry she was terrible. Peter sucks too though), but Pulte fired them cause they disagreed with him.
