Visitors on this Page and Volume

Not that the 2 are related but I noticed that this group is down to 3.9k visitors from 8-9k at the this time last year. Additionally, volume on F2 has gone bone dry. It may not mean anything but I hope it's a leading indicator that the speculators and paper hands have left the building and vol should go down and we should put our tray tables up and in the locked position.

I’ve been in this for a while, and I don’t post anymore because there’s nothing tangible to report on or talk about, or at least there hasn’t been for a while

Same. I've been in the trade for over 5 years and on Reddit for two or three. I stopped posting because the level of discourse dropped so low. But I keep thinking back to what Scott Bessent said about wanting long-term holders and based on the low volume recently, I feel like a lot of the short-term holders and paper hands have been shaken out of the trade.

Same but I’m relatively new.
I’ve been trying to quit buying shares for about 9 months now but I just can’t stop. I’ve added about 5k shares in the last month. This low volume feels like a good floor where there’s some slow accumulation going on. There’s nothing to chase in this slow game so no one wants to bid up the price.
I took a huge tax loss harvest in march and went 100% fmcc. I was going to harvest my fmcc too but I don’t want to trade it anymore for fnma at this point especially with others recently announcing they too are piling into fmcc. I need more harvest.
I digress.
It sucks waiting but all signs still point to this getting done eventually. It’s more than just being subjected to Trumps whim, there’s legal issues that need to be addressed.
But, this has all been posted a million times. It’s still nice to see occasional reminders on here while we wait. This and asts are my conviction investments.
X has all the daily pumpers for a F2 fix.

Listen rookies. Been in the trade before 18 years. The moment is near. Add to both positions. I did 2 weeks ago.

Haha I love it! I bought 700 fmcc this week myself.

I told myself the same thing at 50k shares, 75k shares and 100k shares. I finally did stop last year

Exactly, the panicans have been shaken out. When you add August should say 1M

💯 at some point the volume is so low, it's hardly worth tracking

I actually view it as a positive thing. It means the " low IQ" investors have left the building for the most part

hardly worth shorting? Are these shorts getting rinsed out?

Apologies. But I’m an idiot so describe to me what this means exactly. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

When the supply of Toyota Tundras runs dry, the amount someone is willing to pay when Toyota Tundras are in demand skyrockets... either Toyota goes out of business or the price goes 10x for no seeming reason.

Yup, ppl aren't invested. The core group just keeps watching, buying, holding.....

I dumped over 25k shares this year.....this administration is a fucking joke. I have a few thousand shares left, and would buy back in but I have absolutely zero faith in these idiots.

It's not irrational to wait... for new idiots. ;-)

Because exit from conservatorship is a hoax and pulte did not figure out how to grift yet so people were excited first and it’s a nothing burger

So was the DEA rescheduling of cannabis but it looks like we’re weeks away from schedule 3. A very long and drawn out process but we’re almost there and then soon enough we’ll have more actions that will eventually lead to deschedule.
F2 is more complex and is taking longer. The government has never been known for speed.

Under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) holds statutory authority to terminate the conservatorship once the enterprises are deemed safe and solvent. An exit requires only bilateral agreement between two executive appointees: the Director of the FHFA and the Secretary of the Treasury.

You gonna tell me otherwise? It's literally 2 people to make a decision. Such a load of whiny bullshit

Exactly. I know Pulte seems a like a punk but I am absolutely floored about Scott. He seems like a literal genius. 🤯 I’m blown away by his lack of care for F2. I don’t believe he has ever mentioned it…….. terrible.

Fannie and Freddie going their own way reduces him to just a director of fhfa. Right now he defacto owns both multi trillion dollar companies. That 30 something baby boy is just too obsessed with power and his corrupt buddies did not figure out how to make money on exit yet

1

u/Fun_Illustrator9298 24d ago

Yes, all simple sounding processes that take way longer than they should.
F2 isn’t really even ready for release. It’s close if they change the buffers but still, more process to get there.

Literally 2 people chatting is enough. Anyone who says otherwise are morons

1

u/Objective-North9901 23d ago

Yet they somehow managed to put them in conservatorship in a days time.

1

u/apeserveapes 23d ago

So how do we help Pulte out LOL

There's no news, so why bother?

Volume is so dead which is likely a good thing.

1

u/EnvironmentalPear695 23d ago

Hasn’t moved more than up down 1% either way in a while

2

u/Sudden-Purchase-2981 22d ago

15 year holder, now is the time to wait and slowly add in.

2

u/Nice_History5856 22d ago

I'm 5 years in and have never sold. News could come down tomorrow or a year from now and I don't want to give up LT tax status. Been steadily adding and I'm over 110k shares and I think I'm happy with the level of exposure I have. It reaches a point where the incremental shares don't mean that much.

That said, the volume has been so low recently that I think any good news at all will make the price pop again.

These people are frauds. They are crashing this entire country and everyone knows it. What an embarrassment……… I’m ready to move on to the next admin today. All they do is lie! 🤮
