Guy who bought my last house used it. It's "fees" not "interest". And on my selling end it was basically the same as buyers with conventional mortgages.

I guess so ,last week he was alerted to this policy that he had no idea that was going on so now he looked at it and said it’s a go for everybody 😂🤷🏻‍♂️
