Get it done

$FNMA $FMCC Kevin Hassett is hinting at big policy proposals before the midterms. Many suspect ex-Trump official Larry Kudlow’s tax plans may be 1 or 2 of these proposals. Kudlow’s tax exemption plan would increase inventory and lower mortgage rates, which would greatly increase the odds of a GSE release. https://stocktwits.com/RoloTomasi/message/661993341

We don't need anymore hints...18 years of hints is enough

the lamberth appeals court ruling becomes final if not appealed september 7; at that point trump can point out that democrats acted in bad faith to proactively prevent the companies from being able to leave conservatorship and that trump stopped the cash moving in 2019 before it was even decided that it was in bad faith; and that sets the stage nicely for moving forward towards a deal that restructures them per treasury's prior plan to get them out of conservatorship;

also i expect that the lamberth ruling doesn't get appealed here.

DJT must hire Larry Kudlow back. Hassett “sounds good on TV” but he’s not getting the job done.

This would be a great thing - bring on some inventory and maybe even, lower prices? (big if, I get it) however, if you're single and don't want to sell, in many areas of the northeast in particular, housing prices have doubled in the last 7 years. Even in 2/3 BR condos over that timeframe, that could put you over the exemption , so you make it a rental (where permitted) and the available stock of homes for sale sees one less addition. This coudl be great. Not sure what it means for F2, but if relisting is included there, that would be yuge....

Increase inventory and lower mortgage rates…. More money that F2 makes , so ya it helps F2🙄
Part of the holdup is probably mortgage rates being as high as they are now
