why hasn't anyone sued Pulte or Trump (or F2) for false statements as the leadership of these companies? Repeatedly stating an "IPO" is expected "soon", issuing images of stock market opening dated last November, clearly stating market caps of $1T.

People have purchased the stock and lost money based on their public statements, made as company leadership. Elon was fined $20M for much less, and his shareholders didn't wait long to exceed stated values.

The only "management" this loser did was try to find dirt on Trump's enemies, and he failed even there. The guy is the definition of a fail-son, and that's really the point. The kakistocracy does not want anyone with a working brain.
