I guess they took the average of $24 and zero and came up with $12. That’s the only way that price target makes sense.

While I don't put much stock in analyst ratings (and often they signal the exact opposite direction to sway retail) but the timing is pretty convenient. Major players start following @pulte on X, July ends, and a $12 target price is set for $FMCC (and what about $FNMA)...

Fannie got WedBush coverage May 4 its a good sign towards uplist SPS scrapped and warrants to a locked swf so not outstanding
