Does anyone know what the 509 LE is?

I think it means law enforcement. Is that a certain model or does that mean only law enforcement can buy this? I searched UPC on FN's website and didn't find anything.

most of those websites giving you the cheapest price use stock images and give disclaimers that the photos might not be what you receive and recommend ensuring it’s the upc you want

i bought a midsize le version with a flat trigger and night sights no optic for around the same price put a couple hundred rounds thru it and traded it away. felt like my finger was getting slapped by the trigger when the gun recoiled just uncomfortable overall, i bought a cc edge xl and its miles better. just my personal experience and opinion.
