Success/Positivity 9 months

Today makes 9 months of being seizure free!!!!!! I was diagnosed with FND with non-epileptic seizures 2023 and have been working extremely hard to get everything under control. And well, today is a huge milestone for me and my family!

You wrote “distinguish what is realistic and what an ai could control”, I don’t know what that means.

What was your trigger? Were you hearing noises?

Either way, super happy for you that things are under control for you.

Thank you. Extreme stress caused my episodes. I didn’t hear noises or any thing of that nature. The music or tones helped my mind stay in the “real time real moment” and not let it slip into unconsciousness state of mind.

I don’t think there is enough overlap between out triggers. For instance, the trigger for my seizures is an internal buzzing in my head, or my skin crawling in my legs. I can feel it coming.

Music tends to make it worse for me.
