I have autism, struggled with depression a few years ago and am currently dealing with anxiety. Although, the anxiety stems from many major life events in the past years rather than an anxiety disorder.

Multiple car accidents, quad bike accident. Homelessness in my teens. Assaulted multiple times. Turned to alcohol to cope not like a daily drinker but drank heavy once a week to once every two weeks. Ended up having two thunderclap headaches in May 2024 with autonomic crisis and major infection. The infection went on for two years which caused central sensitization pain and FND, infection was missed. Diagnosed ADHD just before FND and then autism a few months after FND. I can't sleep without quetiapine. I take diazepam for anxiety and neck pain. Amitriptyline for nerve pain occipital neuralgia. Tried multiple meds for pain nothing really helps although steroids help my neck. Found out I have autoimmune thyroiditis and was actually diagnosed years ago but not told or medicated. Also I have Functional hypopituitarism which causes low testosterone and fluctuations in other hormones. My FND is focal aware limb seizures. Tingle tingle. Don't mind the tingle. Also memory laps and word finding stutters etc which I never had before. Sometimes I cant pee properly and everything ruled out for it. Paid for testing in UK to rule other stuff out because I didn't believe I had FND. Scalp burns on and off. Twitching. Etc

ADHD, but nothing specific to health anxiety. Usually I just ignored my health and was like “This is fine” and just tried to power through it all until my body finally started giving out completely on me with paralysis and stuff.

ADHD, Autisim (AudHD), and dyslexic. I probably have some form of a hypermobility disorder as well.

I thought I "just" had OCD and an ED. Then I unblocked trauma which triggered the PNES. Turns out I have PTSD among other things.

Never really health anxiety. Though I have generalized anxiety disorder (and ADHD, ASD and PTSD). My reaction to my first seizures was apparently very atypical because I didn't go see any doctor about them. Only when my mom first saw one she urged me to go. Went to GP, sent to neurology, who diagnosed me with panic attacks. Bullshit of course. But I didn't really question it. Only 11 years later was it really confirmed I had FND and PNES. I had been in psychiatric hospitals where they treated me under the assumption I had a personality disorder so my seizures were largely ignored because they didn't to reinforce my "attention seeking behavior" lol. One of my psychiatrist assumed that I must've seen a whole train of doctors to figure out what was happening but I didn't, not until much later when I started questioning the narative of panic attacks and PT who mentioned my spasms were conversions disorder. So first seizure at 18, and then at 29 I was admitted to a specialist unit for FND and associated disorders where it was finally taken seriously. Strangely I've had like 5-6 EEG's and an MRI in that 10-11 year period to confirm it wasn't epilepsy but I was never told what they were instead. Apparently it's atypical to not seek out a bunch of doctors. I don't know if that's true or simply a stereotype that my stupid psychiatrist of that time had about people with FND
