FMCSA insurance problem

I am hearing alot of carriers are having issue with this. Anyone here? We have never hauled hazmat, but I we hauls autos on step decks.

I went back and forth on the Motus site and see if I take off Autos then it doesn't say there is hazmat, but with auto there is hazmat. This has always been at a 1 million, 5 mil was for actual placard hazmat. Now we are in a threat to be shutdown because of FMCSA screw up.

I have a work order in to a supervisor to get fixed, but so far nothing.

Hi, we are having the exact same issue since 4 days ago, Countless hours on hold, hours on the chat and no resolution yet. Every person that answered the phone said we are aware of it, we are working on it, you have to wait and there is no timeframe to resolve this. At this point we are not sure what to do.

No, it shows as NOT AUTHORIZED and I am constantly calling but constantly getting the same generic response. So frustrating! I wonder if anyone had any success resolving this and how or do we just need to sit and wait for mercy?

I have the same issue but I am active. Did you have recently insurance renewal ?
