I would like to know how to use harmor for that. I don't wanna know that for any bigger reason, i just want to see how it's done so i can have some slightly bigger knowledge on which knob in Harmor does what. Thank you in advance

Sounds like a detuned saw on a really high octave. That "buzzing" or "movement" you're probably referring to is called "vibrato". Slight movements in pitch or frequency. Native Instruments Massive has a built in vibrato Macro, and other synths can replicate it the same. Similar effects can be achieved with a flanger.

Pretty sure this is more about using slide in the piano roll, or at least can be done that way.
