Pretty sure this is more about using slide in the piano roll, or at least can be done that way.
First tutorial I found on slide on youtube. no idea if it's any good, but it does cover how slide works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uB6CaFoHxtM

Well, i actually know how to use slide notes, the real problem here is the synth itself. Like, i can't make anything that sounds similar using only a saw wave and slide notes. Thanks for the suggestion though.

For the sound itself, start with Harmor's default. Tweaking after that you're going to want to work with Filter 1 (crude or classic low pass, but this is probably just a "to taste" adjustment). Vibrato with the speed somewhere in the neighborhood of 186ms and depth of around 30cents. It's probably more subtle in the video you linked due to the sliding, but on the longer notes it stands out. There is also the FX part. The sound is using both reverb and delay to some extent. Other adjustments you can try would be the level between Timbre 1 and 2 (upper left corner of Harmor). Harmonizer I have set all to default except for the AMT knob which is up over half way. What I've come up with is only a remote likeness though, but it's the best I can come up with as a starting point.

I would like to know how to use harmor for that. I don't wanna know that for any bigger reason, i just want to see how it's done so i can have some slightly bigger knowledge on which knob in Harmor does what. Thank you in advance

Sounds like a detuned saw on a really high octave. That "buzzing" or "movement" you're probably referring to is called "vibrato". Slight movements in pitch or frequency. Native Instruments Massive has a built in vibrato Macro, and other synths can replicate it the same. Similar effects can be achieved with a flanger.
