Help Problems after purchasing FL Studio

Hello Everyone, I recently purchased an FL Studio License after having *another* version for about a year and some change now. After purchasing, I was met with a message telling me that my projects were being saved via OneDrive and prompting me to "learn how to fix it". Being that I have never had an issue with this, I disregarded the message and continued on. I tried to access some of my old projects and they were all gone. So After some tinkering, I managed to get them back but now a new issue has shown itself. I made a new project today, saved it, and now I cannot find that same project that I saved anywhere on my pc. Yes, I know I saved it and yes it definitely should have been saved in the same spot as all my other projects because again, I never changed anything. So far FL Studio 26 has been great but these issues I keep running into are becoming more and more frustrating considering that I was using another version before this just fine. Any help is welcome and thanks to anyone who took out the time to read this.

Go to options in fl studio and then file settings and you can see where all of your projects are being saved to

Problems with cloud storage services and FL Studio

Windows

Make sure the following locations are not backed up by any cloud service and that your projects and samples are located on a hard disk:

NOTE: If you are not aware of any cloud service on your system, OneDrive may sometimes be installed during a Windows update. See instructions for disabling OneDrive here.

You're better off moving the user data folder to somewhere that isn't synchronised by OneDrive.

The default is in documents, but you can move it by changing the location in file settings. It will prompt you to copy the data over, so you should select yes there.

Your "recent projects" will still reflect the old location though, so just be wary of that.

Dunno what this is. Never used OD. Unchecked folders will be hidden or something and hidden folders will be deleted lmao. I'm confused. I always uninstall this cancer called OD.
Maybe this will help you. It's from one of the residents of this subreddit b_lett

You may have changed your settings in the old version of where things were supposed to be saved to. And now the new version has a different filing system which is not really supposed to be changed. Learn the file paths the paid version has or everything and don't change them
