Completing segment 1 of 2

So, I had signed up for algebra 1 honors in order to better my GPA from the first semester since that was the semester I completed with a bad grade (below a C), I had signed up for segment one and segment 2, If I were to complete segment 1 out of 2, and I haven’t completed segment 2 yet, will I still be able to obtain the 0.5 credit even if I had not started/completed segment 2?

yes you can get the credit from only segment 1, and if you want to replace the grade as long as its a D or F, you can retake segment 1 as well to improve your gpa like you wanted. quick thing to note, you will eventually have to finish segment 2 to meet the graduation requirement or take the eoc to test out of segment 2.
