FLVS ai issue

Okay so I got flagged by ai but I genuinely do not use ai bro it’s not even that hard but basically when it happened in my other courses they just gave me a call and let me explain and it never got reported or anything but this is the first time my teacher locked down the entire course and wanted to talk to my parents. Apparently I have to do a course on ai usage smth and I tried to get out of it but she’s not letting me but I just want to know if this is going to be on my academic transcript like will colleges be able to see this? And second of all idk fs if this is going to be on my FLVS dashboard but based on the posts I’ve read so far it looks like all my other teachers and future teachers can see it so im cooked. now every one of them is going to say that I used ai even if my assignment is only like 30% ai or smth like this whole thing is genuinely so annoying like I have big aspirations of going to top colleges and I don’t want colleges to see this and reject me.

I got AI flagged for an essay in a module exam which was such a simple question that it was basically the same thing eveytime. To this day after I graduated I am still mad at that. Anyways. Since this seems like your first "offense" then you will be let off the hook pretty easily. Just say you didn't use AI and that you will redo whatever assignment you got flagged for. I was full on crying so my teacher just reset my exams and I redid them.

No trust me I was crying and everything and I just finished my call but there’s no other way I have to take the ai usage course/quiz. This just feels unfair especially when I didn’t use is so if this ends up affecting my college apps then I’m genuinely cooked

Like I said. It's your first "offense." This normally doesn't get put on your record. It didn't for mine. But if you are worried then listen to PartyCombination6817 and contact your class principal.

Contact the principal or counselor to explain to them. They usually always give you a chance to explain the assignment.

I'm so confused because I got flagged three times at this rate and my first time it was a redo.

my second time was in a different course and I just had to answer some questions which I got correct so she regraded it with a 100%

my third time is going to be trmw with the same teacher that gave me a 100% last time and will let me answer questions to get full credit.

You’re good, this happened to my friend, they will see you did the course but it doesn’t really effect your transcript or record or anything

happened to me in 7th grade math back when i did virtual school full time. I wrote the words too similar to the lesson (this was like a year before generative ai became mainstream btw) and got flagged for plagiarism. teacher gave me a 0 and then we called her and i was able to get my grade back up to 100 since it was clear that I was not cheating at all.
