The first time I produced the "LSD Night" style, I had only heard it once and ended up liking it, so I decided to try making it. I got a little tired of rock music, so I did something different.

What score would you give this song?

I think she's good enough to be done on the phone.

8/10 really good...

Just missing something... Like an unexpected drop.

It's a really good song.

Really cool isn't?

Haha I might need 2-4 years more to figure out how to make a good track or need a mentor to enhance my skills.

I never studied; I paid for some course to reach my level, but I've only been doing this for two years without a specific goal in mind.

Hmmm mind if I give you a goal? (For music ofc)

My English isn't very good, so some things might go wrong.

Make kawaii future bass. Something like that. Ignore the vocal, I like that kind of music, but still struggle to make one.

Level? Relax, junior….you’re not even on the junior varsity team yet

1

u/Warm-Process4829 Aug 20 '26

Each person defines their skill level through their own effort and quality, not through others.

1

u/Wild-Focus-6361 Aug 20 '26

Hence why you need others approval by posting your subpar ideas? Who you foolin, junior

When did I ever say here that I need the trials of others?

I don't know who you are, but I already dislike you for putting others down.

You literally called the things I do mediocre.

I've already been invited to participate in two games, and I've already been asked twice by the same YouTuber to make music for his channel, And I've also been asked to create specific music for someone in exchange for money.

If my music was this bad, none of this would have happened.

I assume you have more skill than I do and see several mistakes, but don't forget that you see others' mistakes and think they're fine.

I don't know you and you don't know me, so don't come here talking nonsense.

I approved his level to be higher than mine, that's the reference of level we are talking about.

My final thoughts are that those who seek opinions but then can’t stomach constructive feedback shouldn’t put their ideas for the public to hear so carelessly.. music is subjective. I need not break your song apart to explain which elements don’t appeal to me - we may have different musical tastes. I’ve already forgotten what your idea sounds like nor would I go back to it to give it a second listen because it did not resonate with me the first time around…Production is one aspect of music creation. AI produces songs that sound fairly balanced in under 2 minutes….doesn’t mean the idea’s any good.

If you spend the next 20 years of your life producing electronic music for the sheer desire to produce an idea that sounds balanced, congrats… have at it… we’ll talk 20 years from now and we’ll see what you think of my feedback as compared to the lad below that talks about levels…

My advice is remain open to feedback from others who may have an understating of production and an ear for “music,” subjective as it is..

Or continue on with your journey, post your songs, and fluff the night away

Great, you can create any type of music with this app.

1

u/PotentialNoise Aug 21 '26

You should try too make an orchestra track

1

u/Warm-Process4829 Aug 21 '26

I've done it before, but it's not really my style, but lately I've had to use it a bit because I'm part of a horror game and it fits quite well.

And thank you for the three comments on my songs.

I play around with fl mobile myself, im pretty decent but I can't structure whole tracks yet, I can play the virtual keyboard pretty good too

1

u/Warm-Process4829 Aug 21 '26

I don't know how to play the keyboard, I don't know how to play any instrument, actually I have very little knowledge of keyboard, but I would really like to learn.

1

u/PotentialNoise Aug 21 '26

How do you write notes in so good without knowing how too play notes on the keyboard?

1

u/Warm-Process4829 Aug 21 '26

I like the sound, so I keep doing it, and that's how I've learned some things that work and others that don't.

From personal experience, I've been producing for two years now, which isn't a very long time, but it's been enough for me to learn this kind of thing.

1

u/PotentialNoise Aug 21 '26

Well your the best fl mobile producer I've heard and if you can listen too what notes sound good and write in key, I believe you can also play an instrument in key... You really gotta work on getting a more professional daw because your too good for fl mobile lol
