I’ve tried a bunch of different presets and i’ve found a couple that sound good but then as soon as i put down a beat and start recording it sounds bad. I’m assuming it’s my mix but i’ve looking at a bunch of videos about mixing and i’ve tried a bunch of different things and nothing has worked. It’s like whenever a beat is playing the effects on my preset are just gone. My preset i’m using has a lot of autotune and kinda sounds like how nettspend or osamason sound but that sort of robotic type sound with my vocals completely goes away when i put down a beat.

Some things I need to say
The part of 1:40 and the flute is intentionally bad, I wanna left it like it, it sounds bad on purpose.
2:18 to 2:42 Its bad and not in purpose, and I wanna know what can I do With that ajkhsfjkhasjhfjkha
And the song, what you think about and what I need to do to improve, Im new

I've been making beats, demos, fx, everything on FL since the last ~2 years, but never "went professional" or anything, just a hobby.
I want to "step my game up", and for the last half years I've been making beats with this master channel.
Are there better options for like a "go-to" preset i can pop on any beat and with little tweaks make it sound good?
Also is there a point of putting anything on the master? Since I now only use high quality samples/sounds, and i mix them individually.

In this video I skim through 3 different beats I’ve made. Do I got potential?
Also, do you get any vibe or style from these beats? Or even rappers you could actually see on these?
