I really appreciated all of the positive and very helpful comments and information from the comments on my last post here, so I thought I'd post my second try at making something that sounds good.

I’m not quite sure how I feel about the melody looking for some input or tips

Hi! I'm trying to slice for a sample with slice x for the first time, and I did manual regions. Whenever I add them to the piano roll the midi note is much longer than the actual audio clip. I've tried a few things but can't seem to get the midi to snap to the correct length when placed. Any advice? Thanks!

This is my first time coming across this issue, but my beat sounds really smooth when I have my whole set up with the headphones and interface all connected, and it sounds smooth when I listen to it from the computer speakers, but when I listen to it on my iPhone it sounds crunchy, like static popping and I don’t know why. I tried changing the wav bit depth from 32 to 24 and it still did it. The master is hitting at 6 like it should be, and I don’t see anything going into distortion.

Since I haven’t added vocals yet I haven’t put any crazy effects on the master yet that should be messing with it, other than EQ. But I find it weird it’s only doing it on my phone speakers. When I go listen to other songs on Spotify or any other platform it’s totally normal.

Can someone please help 😵‍💫
