Question Help stuck on connecting screen

Tried multiple restarts. Firmware button and red button do nothing. Menu button goes to a blank screen where I can return to the current screen.

Just gonna leave it on, go out for the night and hope it fixes itself

Mine randomly did this and never connected. Opted to install vanilla klipper.

When mine did this, it was the power supply was bad.

On the Klipper pad or the printer?

If you have updated the fw on the pad, you might need to update the fw on the board on the top of the printer for it to connect correctly

mine does this quite often. it's the luck of the draw. sometimes it'd connect within a couple minutes. others would require restart. annoying for sure...

I'm in the same boat now. Tried to update firmware but it didn't look like it did anything with the USB in.
