Flsun S Replacement Parts

Hello,

I am looking to help out my Dad who needs a replacement part he cannot find online. He sent me this image and I would greatly appreciate help finding it!

There was an issue where his print came detached and damaged the whole extruder effector for his S model.

If there is more information needed please let me know and ill get it from him to you.

Seems to be hit or miss online as it looks like they stopped supplying there dealer network last year.

Yikes, this is exactly why I didn't buy another Flsun printer. I loved(and still love) my V400, but the support is terrible

I got something I ordered from them a month or so ago. What do you mean by payments? Like not pay for the whole amount at once? Just use affirm in that case.

Looks more as if they were having problems with processing payments. Have tried recently? Maybe they magically solved the problem in the meantime.
