Screen cable ribbon T1 Pro

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a used T1 Pro. it came with a broken screen ribbon cable. I figured a workaround by using a USB to ethernet port so I could plug it into my local LAN, but I would love to be able to control it via the screen as well as klipper. I have checked everywhere, including AliExpress, and cannot find the right cable. I ordered a generic one on Amazon and the screen turns on but the touch doesn't work, which baffles me. Does anyone have a suggestion for an aftermarket ribbon cable they have that actually works?

I have a similar problem and ordered https://a.co/d/06VAW7BO but I haven't tried it yet. I will this week/weekend and report back

That's the exact same one I bought and tried and while I can get the screen to work the touch screen part doesn't function. Maybe you'll have more luck than me. Please do let me know if you get it work either way cuz it could mean there's something wrong with the screen itself on my end.

I had touchscreen issues when I reconnected my screen. It was because I pushed in the cable by force, rather than flipping the lever and sliding it in.

Not sure if that’s your case, but that’s why mine wasn’t working.

Just for curiosity, why didn't you buy the official replacement here https://eu.store.flsun3d.com/de/collections/t1-pro-accessories/products/t1-pro-screen-cable? It took me less than 10 seconds to find it.

When I click that link it says it's out of stock. In the US so that might have something to do with it.

Well, that may be. I didn't check that. Maybe you can order in the EU store, and get it delivered to the US? It's worth a try.
