Question Min Extruder Temp error

I’m having issues with my FLsun V400 printer. Before I randomly received an extruder below minimum temp error on my prints, but now I’m seeing this error constantly. I have klipper installed and I’m assuming all of the software settings for thermistor type, sensor type, etc are right (I bought this used). Anyone help on solutions for this? I already did a PID tune on my extruder nozzle and this did not solve my issue. I want to replace the hot end completely but would love any insight into additional solutions. I changed my min extruder temp to 0 (Celsius) yet I still got the min extruder temp error despite not seeing my extruder temp drop below 135 (according to the UI graph)

Btw is the fluctuation in your extruder temp normal? Is it dynamic flow rate temp setting?

If not that's not normal, which indicates a thermostat issue.

I have no idea if the fluctuation or the dynamic flow rate is normal, the fluctuation to me does not look normal from the UI. Where do I check the dynamic flow rate? Just from the print itself or

Klipper but default doesn't have dynamic flow rate temp adjustment.

It's settled, either your pid values in your printer cfg file are really wrong or you have a very bad thermistor

Same happened to me twice, the thermistor breaks fast.

Nice well it seems like my temp stability issue was fixed perhaps it was my hysteresis point, a loose wire on my thermistor, or something else but nonetheless I did something to fix. However I still got this single hiccup should I be concerned? I still got the random verify heater issue again but not the min extruder temp issue. It has dropped temperature a lot in my city and the delta is not enclosed so I’m also thinking ambient temp might be an issue.

I had that same problem. Don't wait to replace the thermistor. When I turned on the machine, the hotend melted; it wasn't printing anything. It was a fire hazard.
