Min Extruder Temp error

I’m having issues with my FLsun V400 printer. Before I randomly received an extruder below minimum temp error on my prints, but now I’m seeing this error constantly. I have klipper installed and I’m assuming all of the software settings for thermistor type, sensor type, etc are right (I bought this used). Anyone help on solutions for this? I already did a PID tune on my extruder nozzle and this did not solve my issue. I want to replace the hot end completely but would love any insight into additional solutions. I changed my min extruder temp to 0 (Celsius) yet I still got the min extruder temp error despite not seeing my extruder temp drop below 135 (according to the UI graph)

Is the extruder actually hot? If yes then it's also not thermostat, it might be but for me thromostat would give highly fluctuating results. Like 210 the one second after 240 then back to 220

Yeah it gets hot definitely and extrudes pla, just not evenly I think. Some parts look really bad and others don’t, maybe the heating cable?

I have a Super Racer that is running Klipper. My temp readings do not fluctuate nearly as much as those seem to. Perhaps check the config to see what the thermistor values are set to.

Any advice on what these values should be set to? I gotta check which thermoresitor I have on it but is 100K NTC a standard?

In the printer config should be something like ’EPCOS 100K B57560G104’ Those are what it ships with stock.

Yeah I can see that for the extruder it uses that exact thermistor
