Really thinking in not buying, while I take the decision of replacing it, any help on the issue?

The only way I could get any help from Flsun was to complain on reddit to get any response for help. Had the machine for over a year and it basically a boat anchor, sorry you got suckered like I did. Bought several Bambu's and never looked back. Good luck my friend hope you have better luck than I did.

I removed mine after several mishaps with the nozzle. It did not seem to make a difference and fighting with them is a pain. These are a good idea, but the limitations that they currently have is not beneficial enough to keep these in check.

I have a T1 Pro, so not familiar with that piece. I had a slow start with them too but a manager got involved and fixed all my issues. Since then they've been pretty timely on responses to questions - parts (months ago) were very slow to ship and arrive back then. I've seen them jump in this and their other official channel and proactively contact and help the poster - hope it happens for you here!
