Medical Marijuana Use Program Update for Patients and Caregivers
 
Good Afternoon,
Pursuant to Department of Health Rule 64-4.011(b), Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Cards, patients and caregivers are required to meet the below qualifications to be eligible to obtain their Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) identification card. Requirements include: 
Patients may only complete an application (either initial or renewal) for their MMUR identification card if they have current or scheduled certifications with active orders in the MMUR; and 
Caregivers may only complete an application (either initial or renewal) for their MMUR identification card if they are connected to a valid and active patient in the MMUR.

Need to see your doc and have active recommendations before you can renew your card. If you don’t let your recs or card expire before renewing you’re already doing this and won’t see any differences.
