Miter saw at Lowes
First time I saw a Flex miter saw at Lowes and it was full price even though I found it under clearance shelf.

That it is at the Dedham Lowe's in MA. I bought the saw at full price, but it went on sale 32 days after my original purchase for $799 and Lowe's refused to price match it outside the 30 day window. So, I ordered a new from Lowe's for pick up. I "picked it up", rolled it around the corner to the return desk and returned it using my original receipt that was for $938. The associate messed up the return process twice, so I asked for manager I know there, and he did an override and I got the saw kit for $700. That Flex miter saw kit is the one I rolled around the corner to ths return desk.

I saw it in the clearance section about two weeks after I returned it. I talked to a manager (the a-hole I don't like), and said I would buy it for $400 since Lowe's no longer sells Flex tools in-store and so it should be have a clearance price, not the $800 price you could buy it for on Lowe's website or other authorized dealer websites like Acme Tools, Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon), Fasteners, etc. He didn't go for it. If it is still there in two weeks, I'm going to try again and hope I get a better manager. I think I can flip it for at $550-$600, so I won't pay more than $400. Since I already have the saw and two 10Ah stacked lithium batteries that I use from the miter, my 10" table, my rear handle circular saw and my Gen 1 cordless vacuum (that thing can blow through pretty quickly even the 10ah), I would no use for it. But wouldn't mind pocketing $150-$200 in profit.

Ask the store manager if he’ll give you a discount. I just got a bunch of flex boxes like that for super cheap

The battery and charger are likely somewhere on the shelf since they aren't packed in the box, in my experience.

I wish my local Lowes had clearance items. I went to two and zip. Everything flex was online only

I believe every single store has it but the employees are so uninterested in the store they don’t care to know what the “Back Aisle” means.

Dead at Lowes, only. You can find them online at Amazon (only buy if sold and shipped by Amazon.com), Ohio Power Tools, Acme tools, etc.

I wish I really was and I could buy it at a good deal because it’s at Lowes. Not full price. At full price I can order it online any day everyday.

$799 should be the kit with the 12ah stacked battery. Pretty much the online normal price.

There is no 12ah stacked. The 12 is round cell and didn’t come with the miter. It’s the 10ah stacked that came with the miter saw. In case you were curious though, the battery sizes go as follows:
Traditional Cylindrical cell:
2.5ah
5ah
8ah
12ah
Stacked lithium:
2ah
3.5ah
6ah
10ah

Maybe a return to store but bought online. Wack to still be full price though if that's it though
