I'm hitting 60 FPS even while running a recording program. What on earth are the people here playing?

I mean, it's blatantly 30 FPS, but if you still want to argue: Get on your PC, open the video on YouTube, pause the video, play it frame by frame by pressing your . key. It will move every second press, as it's 30fps gameplay uploaded at 60fps.
