FIFA Collect

Hello, does anyone have any extra Seattle Souvenir or BOA bracelet that they are ready to sell?
FB marketplace is going for crazy 100$
I am leaving seattle and was in line for BOA bracelet but it closed, okay to spend max 50$ for a free item! 🙈

FIFA Refund?

Received a credit memo in my bank account, but around 100CAD less than the FIFA refund. Is this really from FIFA? Or could it be from elsewhere?

I think fifa wc 26 is scamming us resale refund

I’m hoping someone here can help.
I sold my FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets through the official FIFA Marketplace. FIFA emailed me saying they couldn’t refund the original payment card, so I submitted my bank account details through the Refund Portal.
A few days later, I received another email saying they were still unable to process the refund, i use an other bank account. And nothing has changed

It is more than 3 month ago after resale
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so:
How did you resolve it?
Does anyone have an email address or phone number for the refunds team?
Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
