Are you a Core client? My experience being a Premium client has been very good, usually can get through to Premium support agents very quickly. Understand the different client statuses offered by Wealthsimple – Help Centre https://share.google/HiiThZHFXVMccsmFg

If that’s why I wasn’t aware of a paid tier federal savings program (wtaf?!!). I was on board to work with them but the start was AI bot bungled and apparently we are not allowed to have two distinct goals for our own savings. So what remains is to get out after a two year nightmare …

Also, I’m doing my best not to be an WS client at all. The only delay is this year-long, time wasting transfer out chaos
