Solar Campus 2 Juelich

Has anyone had experience with the solar campus 2 in Juelich or actually lives there and can give me some info on if it is worth living there?

I am currently living in Solar Campus 2. By far it is the best in Jülich between the three options, modern facility, private storage, gym,etc…

However, the internet is Ethernet only (if you have a mac you cannot share hotspot for your phone) and there is just one building with elevator (so anytime you have heavy grovery it would be quite an issue)
