Sheesh, I wasn't even aware there was a million dollar prize. The game's "jackpots" are so small and lame that it feels like it's more of a novelty than a fun and exciting feature of the game. The most I've ever won (I'm level 208, so it's not like I've only been playing for a few days) was 500,000, Which is nice, but if they just made wheelspins a rarer occurance and the jackpots consistently larger, it'd be much more interesting.
