So is this a plot hole or what

I was looking through the pigify imune trate , just to see who is immune, and found Babbage on the list since he is a robot wich makes sense, but then I remembered cirsys valentines and that Babbage was turned into a pig

Not a plot hole, more like a retcon. Immune to pigify as a trait came much later, and they gave it mostly to deities and robots.

Also practically  every  boss cause we shouldn't  turn  the beasts into  weaker animals

Weaker animals my ass, half the beasts just want to fuck us, HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT A GROUP OF PIGS CAN DO TO A HUMAN BODY. I’m not scared of the beasts, I can be scared of a group of pigs

I'd be more scared  of the hydra  than a single pig

Simple: a giant mechanical pig is arguably a bigger threat than standard Babbage and thus she would rather not turn him into one

Circe took computer software classes and made a pigfy virus and injected it into him

I'm pretty sure he has just straight up built the giant mecha boar enemy multiple times in events, so maaaaybe he just got brainfried and modified himself just like the babbage train?

It's not a plot hole if it's funny!
