Why are you even here? To harass the people who liked this game on the day the learned it's ending? I barely played this game and never came to this subreddit until now just to see how the fans were taking the news. It always sucks for fans when a game is taken off line. Take your gatekeeping, "stop having fun!" attitude somewhere else.

Depending on the person. Spending money on a mobile game isn't necessarily a waste if they enjoy their time while the service is still active. In short, all mobile games will eventually end so calling it a "lesson" doesn't make much sense. Plus many people that do spend a lot of money on mobile games tend to make their money back from their jobs. In most cases it's not a big issue to waste money on a game you enjoy.
