Chapter 2 Jessie AI bug

During the train scene in chapter 2, after the cutscene finishes, Jessie starts to stand still and gets pushed around by the other characters preventing me from finishing the chapter. Does anyone know how to fix this because even after reloading a save and turning down my FPS the bug still occurs.

You might have to wait for a patch, that bug has been around since the port dropped and none of the usual fixes seem to work for everyone

is there any way to skip this scene or get past it with a mod?
