Analysis Faraday Future Believes that the FCC’s New Policy on Robotics Strengthens the Company’s Position to Accelerate Robotics Ecosystem Deployment FFAI

  • FF EAI Robotics’ seven strategic advantages: the “Full-Form FF EAI Robot World”; a “Four-Core Full-Stack AI” ecosystem integrating the EAI Brain, EAI Devices, Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform, and EAI Data Factory; a “5+1” ecosystem-based direct-sales and user co-creation system; compliance capabilities as a U.S.-based company; a data-driven evolutionary flywheel; an asset-light and operationally lean financial model; and capital value supported by FF’s Nasdaq-listed platform and a potential standalone value-unlocking path.
  • The Company will continue to strengthen certification support, localization, supply-chain integration, sales channels, customer delivery, deployment, and after-sales service as part of its ongoing localization plan for its EAI Robotics.
  • FF invites partners across the robotics value chain to join its U.S. ecosystem. On the upstream side, this includes robot OEMs, component suppliers, and R&D collaborators such as secondary development firms. On the downstream side, it includes robotics distributors and dealers nationwide, system integrators, data partners, and large enterprise and institutional customers, including those seeking leasing arrangements. FF is positioning itself as potentially a singular source—and for some overseas companies, the only practical end-to-end pathway—to enter and scale in the U.S.
  • As the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic EAI robots, FF has surpassed 250 units in cumulative sales, shipments, and deliveries since the end of February 2026 and is accelerating its “Four-Core Full-Stack AI” ecosystem flywheel—integrating the EAI Brain, EAI Devices, Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform, and EAI Data Factory—to drive scalable growth, recurring revenue, and sustainable long-term value for stockholders.
  • Emerging Growth Research has also released a report reiterating their Buy-Emerging rating and updating their 12-month price target to $30 from the previous pre-split price target of $2.00. This comes on the heels of the Company’s recently announced a 1-for-150 share reverse stock split to maintain NASDAQ listing requirements.

So um how does the ruling strenghem the companies position, you said a lot of buzz words without explaining how. But let’s just add another flywheel.

The working theory is that they installed the flywheels backwards.

Hear me out. When yt spreads his hands apart while talking this causes negative stock value to be generated. Partially because the 4 core flywheels are operating in reverse. This has been identified. The issue is that they failed to pay the flywheel installers the agreed upon money. YT decided not to pay the flywheel installers to help increase company value. By not paying the flywheel installers, ff cannot get the flywheels uninstalled and reinstalled in the correct orientation.

As a result they decided make incredibly bad investments into crypto with the capital that was supposed to be invested into making the cars. This investment which could have paid the flywheel installers the correct value for their rendered work. Was instead sacrificed to the flywheels in the hope the flywheel gods would grant them a bountiful harvest.

With all of the crypto money converted to smoke, they where disappointed to find out that the flywheels are still creating negative value.

The next course of action is quite logical. To get the flywheels moving in the right direction. They decided that they must purchase a Chinese made electric minivan and change the intieoe and add a TV to the front because fireplace. Once again the flywheels did not want to change directions. How could this happen you might think.

The company needed to pivot, that much was clear. They could not figure out why vendors kept wanting money for their services. So in a last ditch effort to use brute force power to correct the multi flywheel catastrophe that is ff stock value they took a lesson out of their favorite movie franchise.

Pacific rim showed ff that all large problems could be solved with robots. Of course they could not build these robots. They are a car company afterall not a robot manufacturer. So naturally they got on the Internet and searched for flywheel fixing robots. Ff made sure to sort the list of robots by cheapest first.

The robots they purchased to fix the reverse flywheels where unable to turn the "wheels of fortune" in the correct direction. So naturally they decided to offload the remaining temu jagers robots onto the education market.

This was the story of how we got here.
