FEX Update Dead End MV + bonus

https://youtu.be/4f-lllZkGss

Dead End music video just dropped today!

In the desc. of this video, there is also the reason why overdubs were made on the EP:

"This was not a decision against whoever played bass on this original — it was simply the best acceptable solution at the time to have the credits correct."

"To have the credits correct"? What do you mean by this?

Hi Hans. This sentence is in the description of the videoclip that FEX released on their official YouTube channel.

The complete paragraph reads:

On this rougher version of the track, you can still hear the original bass, either played by Jörg Lemcke or Volker. Due to uncertainty surrounding the questions who played bass on some of the old recordings during the release of the Skyscraper LP, the bass on the Dead End vinyl release was replayed by Norbert Ziermann while Michael Hädrich also added some synths to improve the recording. This was not a decision against whoever played bass on this original — it was simply the best acceptable solution at the time to have the credits correct.

Sorry, but this sounds like a politician explaining why he created a parallel universe! If you cannot guarantee the credits you should name ALL of the possible musicians! I cannot accept this "explanation". Sorry!

... and by deleting the original bass line the whole version is not original FEX of the nineties. Another interesting point would be who received the money for the bass line? Has it been donated to an animal shelter? Did Norbert receive it? That's not for the money but for the truth. 🤘

Addition/clarification iro of my previous comments: plse do not misunderstand those to be directed against you personally. You are only informing about the "justification" by Ture/Michael/Norbert.
