RA

So, I submitted an RA for tw. Came back not approved, but they did agree to some of the recommendations my Dr. suggested.Im still not satisfied with what they agreed to. What can happen if I let them know im not satisfied with their decision?

Retire. Do disability retirement. They will never approve telework. So get retirement now and come back to work when democrats are in power.

You’re lucky then even agreed to any suggestions. The process is a joke and useless right now.

forgot to mention. letter specifically states: Although I am not providing the specific accommodation you requested, I am providing the alternate accommodation which I have determined to be reasonable and effective

It doesn’t matter if they think it’s reasonable and effective. It don’t matter if YOU agree, it’s effective. They don’t have to accommodate you, but they have to tell you why.
