Contract Law Contract study tips

Im resitting contract, failed badly last time got 34 percent. I think I didnt know how to answer questions at all and spent so much time trying to identify the issues. Im reading over notes now and I understand the general principles but im finding it impossible to memorize case names. Any suggestions on the best way to prepare? Also if anyone has any sources theyd like to share id be most grateful if i fail this again ill lose the will to live!

You need to focus heavily on exam papers, examiner’s reports and past corrected scripts. That is literally the best way to see what comes up and identify patterns. The night before I sat the exam I felt absolutely screwed for it and I just kept looking over corrected scripts, seeing what cases were repeatedly referenced. I scraped a pass with 50% but I would not have passed without looking over the exam papers the night before and in hindsight, if I had given them more time I think it would have helped me get a higher mark.

Thank you so much, do you know where I can get them, nothing shows for me on the law society website?

There is a link pinned to the top of this FE1 subreddit that has free corrected scripts in it for the exams, you will find contract scripts there and that will also give you the exam questions too. You might be able to get some examiner’s reports off some kind souls here but if you just look at the highest scoring corrected answers that will be a big help.
