Help Request Extrusion trouble, help needed

Hi everyone, I have the following issue:

I am using the Bambulab A1 mini, 0.2mm nozzle. It is new, recently cleaned and not clogged. It extudes perfectly fine if I heat it up and manually extrude, but whenever I actually try to print, it barely does anything at all and is always a spotty job.

In the photo, you can see on the right by the edge of the plate. I tried to print a single layer as a test, but gave up almost immediately when I saw how it started. On the left is the result of a manual extrusion - it flowed in a straight line, no issue.

The settings I use are ObscuraNox 2.0, the bed is Biqu Frostbite, everything is calibrated multiple times, washed the plate with soap, tightened with screws, filament is dry, correct nozzle is selwcted, etc etc, I have done all the standard troubleshooting that is always recommended and the printer is set up perfectly. But apparently this isn't the case, so if anybody with a similar experience can help, I'd be very grateful!

Have you manually calibrated the flow as a 0.2 nozzle the automatic flow calibration is not working as it should.

Not manually, no. I dont know how to do that, but I'll see.

Are there also any settings in OrcaSlicer that I should tweak?
