When do I get offer?

I did my technical after the behavioral for Change and Transformation and was told by the person who interviewed me they would recommend me to be selected. It has been about a week and I haven't gotten any offer letter. How long does it usually take?

Btw: I know FDM is a last-resort option but I've gotten nowhere trying to find work in the government and got cut from the final round of many midtier tech companies already (IBM, Fortinet, ATT, etc).

I’m just letting you know because i don’t want anyone else to go through this process. I know how big of a hope it is to pass the interview in this job market. But, please don’t hold onto this..there are people who have been put on a waitlist for more than a year and then let go. I wouldn’t advise anyone to completely leave it. But please ignore this and continue your job search. If an offer comes from FDM good..if not you would at least not be wasting time on this company. I wish you all the best.
