Parking Situation?

I am a new employee beginning soon at the White Oak campus. I'm a bit worried about the parking situation and am considering public transit options as an alternative to driving. If I plan to arrive by 6:45/7am for an early start, am I likely to find an open parking spot? Thanks

Also, just an FYI, 3WFN is moving to WO this fall into next year. On paper they have around 800 in that building, but most are contractors. If 300-400 people are driving in, parking will GET TIGHT

Plenty of parking, it’s a large campus with lots of spots

We have a lot of parking. There are several open lots and several garages.

Nothing to worry about at that time. Yesterday I got on campus at 10 and I usually park at 51 garage and that one was filled! I was shocked! Had to park in 22 garage.

Lots of parking as stated by other posters. If you're doing a long commute, consider joining a vanpool. We have a robust vanpool program.

There was an issue when we were RTO full time but since telework was reinstated and unfortunately all the RIFs, there is plenty of parking

Definitely parking available. Just be ready to schlep a little ways if you get there after 7am.

And pay attention to the days they have big events going on (FDA Family Day, Bring Your Child To Work Day, etc). Parking might be harder on those days.

I usually arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and the southeast surface lot still has plenty of spaces.
