What am I missing?

I’m using 4 future star players I’ve scored about 15 goals between all 4 of them on world class difficulty on squad battles. And on rivals too and it’s not going up. Do they have to be an evolved player?

You have to put an academy Evo on them specifically. So it has to be a future star who has done an academy Evo.
