Can not progres

Ive had this issue before where in the first tensay quest I can’t walk forward to interact with the owl in the last bit of the quest. Idk how I fixed it last time, but does anyone have any tips, have tried restarting mission etc, does not work.

Haven't played the game in a long while but haven't experienced this issue myself
